You have the legal right to cancel the Agreement entered into with us, which is established and takes effect from the moment we confirm that your order has been received.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the products you have received are damaged or do not match your description, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Don’t throw anything away before contacting us, we may request some photos of the damaged products.
